Qs: Am I allowed to contact the developer (person) that is working on my project? If yes, then may I communicate through the phone?
Yes, you’ll speak with our developer directly via Phone / Email / Skype etc but we recommend speaking with our team leader or project manager to avoid any kind of miscommunication.
Qs: What’s the time to contact you?
Usually, we work according to Indian time 10 AM – 07 PM [Mon – Fri] but we almost 12-15 hours online over Skype messenger to assist our clients. Sometimes we also available online to speak at mutually agreed time.
